Website Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This notice explains how The Cash AI handles personal information when you visit thecash.ai, use its public landing or support pages, or contact support from the website (the "Site"). The Cash AI is the controller responsible for the processing described here and is referred to as "we", "us", or "our" below.

This notice does not describe processing in The Cash AI app or its related account services. That processing is covered by the App Privacy Policy.

1. Information Handled Through the Site

1.1 Technical and Usage Information

When the Site is requested, our hosting and security services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, date, and time. Google Analytics also receives technical and interaction information only if you first allow analytics, as described in Section 2.1.

1.2 Necessary Local Preferences

The Site uses local browser storage for a versioned record of whether you allowed analytics. Remembering the choice is necessary to apply it on later visits; it does not itself load analytics. You can change the choice from Cookie settings or remove the value through your browser settings.

1.3 Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to provide. Please do not include financial records or other information that is not needed for your support request.

1.4 Error Diagnostics

If error reporting is configured, Sentry may receive crash, device, and diagnostic information when the Site reports an error. The Site does not enable Sentry Session Replay or ask Sentry to collect default personally identifying information.

2. Analytics and Embedded Media

2.1 Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose analytics in the cookie banner. If allowed, it helps us understand visits and improve Site content. Google may receive online identifiers and the technical and usage information described above and may use cookies or similar technologies. Advertising-personalization signals and Google signals are disabled in the Site configuration. You may withdraw permission from Cookie settings; the Site then disables Analytics and attempts to remove its first-party analytics cookies. Google explains its processing in the Google Privacy Policy.

2.2 YouTube

The Site does not create the YouTube player until you explicitly select Play. At that point, it loads the video from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube and Google may then receive your IP address, browser information, the page you visited, and information about your interaction with the player. Their processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Why We Use Information

We use Site information to:

Depending on the processing involved, we rely on steps needed to respond to your request, our legitimate interests in delivering and securing the Site, your permission for Google Analytics and the requested YouTube player, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw analytics permission for future processing at any time.

4. Recipients

Information may be handled by:

We do not sell personal information collected through the Site.

5. Retention

Browser-storage preferences remain on your device until you change them, clear Site data, or a later preference version replaces them. Support communications are kept for the time needed to answer the request, maintain an appropriate support history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs and error reports are retained for the time needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. Analytics and diagnostic data follow the retention controls configured for Google Analytics and Sentry respectively and are deleted or aggregated when no longer needed for those purposes.

6. International Processing

Some providers may process information in a country other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the mechanism required for that transfer and make information about it available on request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where it is relied upon. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your place of residence or work. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law.

To make a request, contact us at support@thecash.ai. We may request information needed to verify your identity and protect the information concerned.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Site and the information involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects personal information, we will notify affected people and authorities when and as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them through the Site. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice when the Site, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated notice and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice before a material change when required by law.
